"Wow, what a pie! My daughter was craving green olives, and, after trying Little Ceasars, Domino's and Jets, we finally found this elusive topping at Carlos. I didn't expect such a quality pie. I judge pizzas mostly by the crust. This had a nice chewiness and the bottom never got soggy. Outstanding job with the crust guys. And check out the ham on top - it is thick, hand-cut chunks of real ham. I'll be returning to this place."
